CULURGIONES CHLOROPHYLL
Culurgiones are undoubtedly the most famous and delicious typical Sardinian dish. Originally prepared by local families for special occasions, they represent a true gem of Sardinian culinary art. They are always handmade with only the best and freshest ingredients grown on the island, but what makes them truly unique is the special type of closure during their preparation, called Sa Spighitta, which resembles a head of wheat. The end result is an elaborate and delicious homemade pasta that, because of the effort and precision required during preparation, is very similar to the art of goldsmithing.
