INGREDIENTS

  • “Is Prendas” pasta with chlorophyll (quantity indicated in the package)
  • 100 g of grated Sardinian pecorino
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 50 ml of fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Sardinian pecorino

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the “Is Prendas” chlorophyll pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Make the cream cheese: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and fresh cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the culurgiones in abundant salted water for 2-3 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Drain them and season them with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the culurgiones on a serving plate and serve with a generous spoonful of cream cheese. Sprinkle with grated Sardinian pecorino before serving.
