INGREDIENTS

  • "Is Prendas" pasta with chlorophyll (quantity indicated in the package)
  • 100 g of grated Sardinian pecorino cheese
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 50 ml fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Sardinian pecorino cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Cook chlorophyll "Is Prendas" pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Make the cream cheese: in a small bowl, mix cream cheese and fresh cream until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook culurgiones in plenty of salted water for 2-3 minutes or until they rise to the surface. Drain them and toss them with the olive oil.
  4. Arrange culurgiones on a serving platter and serve with a generous spoonful of cream cheese. Sprinkle with grated Sardinian pecorino cheese before serving.
