OUR PRODUCTIONS

Our story begins in “Sa Festa”, a typical Campidanese house in Maracalagonis. It is there that we began to preserve our treasure: the ancient knowledge of pasta from our ancestors, wise passers-on of traditional techniques and recipes.

We continue this legacy by using the same methods passed down over time to create a wide range of authentic regional Italian pasta, entirely handmade with love and care.

We choose only quality ingredients, such as durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, to create our pasta. We never compromise on quality or taste and believe that our dedication to authenticity is what sets us apart, just as it has been for centuries.

OUR PRODUCTS

We create a wide range of products using what the nature of our territory offers. Oil, typical almond sweets and typical pastries of varied shapes and flavours. Each wheel is carefully created to ensure it cooks perfectly and holds its shape, so you can enjoy an authentic experience.
