Our story begins in "Sa Festa," a typical Campidanese house in Maracalagonis. It is there that we began to guard our treasure: the ancient knowledge of pasta making from our ancestors, wise handlers of traditional techniques and recipes.

We continue this legacy by using the same methods passed down through the ages to create a wide range of authentic regional Italian pasta, made entirely by hand with love and care.

We choose only quality ingredients, such as durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, to create our pasta. We never compromise on quality or taste and believe that our dedication to authenticity is what sets us apart, just as it has been for centuries.

OUR PRODUCTS

We make a wide range of products using what nature offers in our area. Oil, typical almond cakes, and the typical pastas of varied shapes and flavors. Each shape is carefully created to ensure that it bakes perfectly and holds its shape, so that you can enjoy an authentic experience.
